Still Earplugs are small, soft pucks of blue silicone. Roll one between your fingers and the silicone warms and softens. Then press it over the opening of your ear and flatten it to cover it.
They sit over the opening, not inside: nothing goes deep into the ear canal. Flattened against the ear, they are comfortable lying on your side.
There are 12 pairs, 24 earplugs in all. Use each one for a few nights, then throw it away.

How to use it
Wash your hands.
Roll an earplug into a ball between your fingers.
Gently pull the top of your ear up and back, then press the earplug over the opening of the ear and flatten it to cover it.
Never push it into the ear canal.
To remove it, lift it off from the edge.

Do they go inside the ear?
No. You press them over the opening of the ear and flatten them to cover it. Nothing goes deep into the ear canal.
Can I wear them lying on my side?
Yes. Flattened over the ear, they sit low, so they are comfortable lying on your side.
Will I still hear my alarm?
With earplugs in, you may not hear an alarm, a smoke detector or someone calling, so keep your alarm close. Dawn Band buzzes on your wrist: you feel it rather than hear it. It does not react to smoke, so keep working smoke alarms at home too.
How often should I change them?
Use each earplug for a few nights, then throw it away and shape a fresh one.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, Lift Strips, Night Tape, Night Tape Lavender, Still Earplugs and Aroma Sticks can be returned only unopened, in their sealed pouch or pack, and Dusk Mask only unworn, in its box. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been opened or used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking band or panel must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
