The address above is our registered agent's address, where we receive letters and legal notices. It is not a store, a showroom, a warehouse or a returns address: we cannot receive visitors or products there. A return needs our authorization by e-mail first, and the return address is sent to you then. It may be outside the United States. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

What we sell
IKI sells ten small things for the night and the first minutes of the morning. Each one comes in one color and one version, at one price:
- Dawn Band Pro: an alarm band that wakes you with vibration on your wrist, with no ringtone, a stronger motor and up to 5 alarms;
- Dawn Band: a slimmer vibration alarm band with up to 3 alarms;
- Band Case: a hard-shell zip case for either band and its charging cable;
- Ember Panel: a phone-size panel of red (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) LEDs, rechargeable over USB-C, with a timer that switches it off by itself;
- Lift Strips: external nasal strips, 30 strips in a resealable pouch;
- Night Tape: unscented cotton mouth tape, 30 strips in a resealable pouch;
- Night Tape Lavender: the same cotton mouth tape with a light lavender scent, 30 strips in a resealable pouch;
- Dusk Mask: a contoured sleep mask with molded eye cups and an adjustable strap;
- Still Earplugs: soft moldable silicone earplugs, 12 pairs;
- Aroma Sticks: 4 sticks in 4 scents (Mint, Wintergreen, Citrus and Lavender), to hold just under the nose.
All our products are imported and made for adults. None of them is a toy. Dawn Band, Dawn Band Pro and Ember Panel contain small lithium-ion batteries, and the bands charge with a magnetic cable. IKI products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Please read our Care & Safety page before you use them.
Prices, delivery and returns at a glance
- Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
- Import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
- Delivery area: the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not deliver to US territories, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or outside the United States. See Shipping & Delivery.
- Delivery times: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so orders usually arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked.
- Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, Lift Strips, Night Tape, Night Tape Lavender, Still Earplugs and Aroma Sticks can be returned only unopened, in their sealed pouch or pack, and Dusk Mask only unworn, in its box. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been opened or used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking band or panel must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
- Refunds: to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return, or after we accept your claim when we do not need the item back.
- Cancellations: at no cost, at any time until your order ships. See Cancellations.

Payment
Online payment on this website is being set up. Until it opens, the checkout page shows a summary of your cart only: no order can be paid, nothing is charged, and no personal or payment information is collected. Once it opens, this is how payment works:
- Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- When you are charged: once, for the total shown at checkout, when your order is confirmed. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- Card security: card details are entered on the secure payment form of a third-party payment processor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
- On your statement: the charge appears under the IKI name, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please e-mail us first and we will tell you what it is.
Product safety
The essentials: keep the bands, Ember Panel and the charging cable dry; never point Ember Panel at your eyes; use mouth tape only if you breathe easily through your nose, and never on a child; never push earplugs into the ear canal; never put an aroma stick inside your nose or swallow what is in it. If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and e-mail us with "Safety" in the subject line. You can also report it to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
Trademarks
The IKI name and logo, the design of this website, and its text, photos and graphics belong to NG MAM LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Payment brands named on this website belong to their owners. We name them only to tell you how you can pay. It does not mean any partnership or endorsement.
Governing law and disputes
Orders placed on this website are sold by NG MAM LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask you to contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.
