Dawn Band is a slim silicone band that wakes you by vibration. At the time you set, it buzzes on your wrist: no ringtone, no phone, nothing ringing through the room.
The buzz starts gentle and grows stronger until you press the button. A small display built into the top of the band shows the time.
You set the time and up to 3 alarms with the button on the band, with no app to install. The magnetic cable clicks onto the back to charge, from a USB power adapter or a computer. The strap is slim, soft and the same width all the way around, so it stays out of the way at night.

- Wipe the band and strap with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry before charging.
- Keep it dry: take it off to shower, bathe or swim.
- Keep it out of hot cars and direct sun; do not open, crush or puncture it.

Charge it fully before the first night: click the magnetic cable onto the back and plug the USB end into a USB power adapter or a computer.
Set the time and up to 3 alarms with the button on the band.
Wear it snug on your wrist at night, not too tight.

Will it wake the person next to me?
There is no ringtone: Dawn Band buzzes on your wrist only. If you share a bed, the person next to you may still feel a little movement when it goes off or when you press the button.
Dawn Band or Dawn Band Pro?
Dawn Band is slim, with a buzz that grows stronger and up to 3 alarms. Dawn Band Pro has a wider strap, a stronger motor, 3 intensity levels that step up and up to 5 alarms. Both show the time and charge with a magnetic cable.
Do I need a phone or an app?
No. The time and the alarms are set with the button on the band itself.
Is there a case for it?
Yes, sold on its own: Band Case is a small hard-shell zip case that holds the band with its cable.
Can I shower with it?
No. Take it off to shower, bathe or swim, and keep it dry.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, Lift Strips, Night Tape, Night Tape Lavender, Still Earplugs and Aroma Sticks can be returned only unopened, in their sealed pouch or pack, and Dusk Mask only unworn, in its box. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been opened or used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking band or panel must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
