Night Tape is a small strip of soft black cotton tape. Placed over the center of your closed lips, it keeps them gently closed while you sleep.
The rounded edges lie flat, and the adhesive lets go when you peel it off slowly from one side in the morning. It is unscented. If you would like a light scent, there is Night Tape Lavender.
Each strip is used once, and thirty come in a resealable pouch. Use it only if you breathe easily through your nose, and read the safety notes below before the first night.

Is mouth tape right for me?
Only if you breathe easily through your nose. Do not use it with a cold or a blocked nose, after alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives, or if you have a breathing, lung or heart condition, and never on a child. If you snore loudly, stop breathing during sleep or feel very tired during the day, talk to a doctor before you try mouth tape.
Where does the strip go?
Over the center of your closed lips, never over the whole mouth. Wash and dry your lips first, without balm, so the strip holds.
How do I take it off?
In the morning, peel it off slowly from one side: the adhesive lets go as you peel. If you feel uncomfortable at any point in the night, peel it off at once.
Night Tape or Night Tape Lavender?
The same soft cotton strip. Night Tape is black and unscented. Night Tape Lavender is lavender-colored, with a light lavender scent.
Can I reuse a strip?
No. Each strip is used once, then thrown away. The pouch reseals to keep the others clean.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, Lift Strips, Night Tape, Night Tape Lavender, Still Earplugs and Aroma Sticks can be returned only unopened, in their sealed pouch or pack, and Dusk Mask only unworn, in its box. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been opened or used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking band or panel must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
