Aroma Sticks are four slim pocket tubes, each holding one scent: Mint, Wintergreen, Citrus and Lavender. They are made with essential oils and menthol.
Twist off the cap and hold the open end just under one nostril, without putting it inside, then breathe in slowly. Close the cap tightly and the scent stays in the tube.
They are small enough for a coat pocket, a bag or the nightstand: a little mint on a long train ride, lavender by the bed.

What is inside?

Do I put it in my nose?
No. Hold the open end just under one nostril, without putting it inside, and breathe in slowly. They are for smelling only.
How do I keep the scent in?

Can I bring them on a trip?
Yes. They are small enough for a pocket or a bag. Keep the caps closed, and keep the sticks away from children and pets.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, Lift Strips, Night Tape, Night Tape Lavender, Still Earplugs and Aroma Sticks can be returned only unopened, in their sealed pouch or pack, and Dusk Mask only unworn, in its box. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been opened or used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking band or panel must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
